Meet Director Logan Leistikow

Picture
NETWORK TV

Logan Leistikow (AKA Loge) debuted in 2006 on IFC as "Featured Director" for his comedic short Mustache Montage. The network interviewed him and showcased his body of work at the time, including Dante Schmitz’s music video, Bittersweet.

Over the years Logan produced, shot, and edited dozens of behind-the-scenes promos for NBC, FOX, and Comedy Central.

He was also hired as a producer on American Idol, Hart of the City, and Kevin Hart Presents The Next Level!

SYNDICATION

Loge’s long-running man-on-the-street video series The Yellow Mic has covered red carpets, premiers, union strike picket lines, and featured celebrity interviews with Lisa Kudrow, Jon Cryer, The Sklar Brothers, Tom Arnold, and even the late great Looney Tunes voice icon Joe Alaskey! The Yellow Mic videos were syndicated across North America as segments of the educational Canadian TV show VJIAM!

STREAMING

At just 24 years old, Leistikow was hired to produce Tom Green Live, a streaming celebrity talk show -- all the way back in 2007 -- long before podcasting became mainstream!

He also directed The Comedy Garage, a feature documentary about a rag tag group of comedians making their own way, which premiered on Hulu in 2011, won Best Feature Documentary at Hollywood Cinema Fest, and got mentioned in National Lampoon, LAist, and Los Angeles Times.

More recently, Loge directed Sports Gambling Podcast's current title sequence, which at this point has preceded hundreds of broadcasts and is still in use in 2025!

He is currently building LogesGallery.com (check it out and subscribe!), acting, painting, and working on his next documentary project, which will be announced VERY soon.

Stay tuned!
